How To Train Like A Bodybuilder

I work out. A lot. And I'm sure that most of you out there try and get as much exercises as possible. And you will know what I'm talking about when you reach a certain plateau, where you cant gain any more muscle. Sure your in OK shape, but your not in head turning, eye popping, get- every- girl- at- the-beach-drooling shape.

No matter hard hard you push, how many supplements you take, no matter how many hours you put into the gym, you can't get any bigger. And then you look over your shoulder and there's "Bob", who works out 2 hours a week, and he is just massive. This can make anyone depressed.

What you need to know, is that your not working out right. Your doing the same, normal workout routines that only benefit people with good genes and who could grow muscle mowing their lawn. What you need is to train not like a normal guy, but like a bodybuilder.

I then started to search to Internet for the best way to train like a bodybuilder. I of course had to wade through enormous piles of BS, and was rewarded when I found a real program, The Underground Strength Manual (http://breakage.uscground.hop.clickbank.net/) . This Manual shows you exactly how you train your body to become a highly tuned machine. This Manual is followed by almost every single Professional Bodybuilder in the world.

I started the program two years ago, at 5'11 , 165 lbs. Today, after working 4 hours a week at the gym, following the Manual, I have grown to 5'11, 220 lbs. And for the first time, I feel confident taking my shirt off, and can't wait to get to the beach. My self confidence has soared through the roof! I can walk into bars in short sleeves, and I can walk up to the hottest women and talk to them confidently. And at 220 lbs of solid muscle, no one gives my any trouble.

I can't stress to you guys how much this program has changed my life from a computer geek that couldn't gain any pounds, to a computer geek (shh!) with a body that gets everyones attention! Everyone should check out the Underground Strength Manual (http://breakage.uscground.hop.clickbank.net/) , it will change your life!

Until Next Time,

Gerald

I found that sometimes you need a bit of extra help to supplement all the hard work. I also found a wide range of body enhancement supplements at really great prices here. Loads of advice and help too.
